Step 1: Your booking

Simply give us a call to book your pet's taxi. When you call, please provide us with your pet's type, breed, height, and weight. Let us know if you prefer transport in a cage, their ideal temperature, and even their favourite music for a truly personalised journey! We'll confirm the details and schedule your pick-up.

Step 2: Pick up 

We will arrive with enough time to make sure the pet is settled in our vehicle and keep you updated on your pet's journey, as well as a link for you to track the journey. 

Step 3: Safe delivery

We will safely transport your pet to their destination, ensuring they are delivered with the utmost care and attention. We can accompany them to the vet, salon or pet sitter and bring them back.
