Our pricing and services
Short trips
First 3 miles - £15.00
Our minimum fare covers the first 3 miles of your pet's journey, ensuring a comfortable and safe start to their travel.
3–10 miles - £3.00 per mile
For journeys between 3 and 10 miles, a competitive rate per mile applies, offering excellent value for medium-distance travel.
Beyond 10 miles - £2.00 per mile
Enjoy a reduced rate for longer distances exceeding 10 miles, making extended pet transport more affordable.
Wait time - £1.00 per minute
Should your pet require additional waiting time during the journey, a per-minute charge will apply after the initial 10 minutes.
Additional pet - £5.00
Transporting an extra pet? A small additional fee ensures all your furry friends travel comfortably and safely together.
Long-haul journeys and hourly rates
Hourly booking rate - £50.00
For services requiring an hourly booking, such as extended waiting periods or multiple stops, a flat hourly rate applies.
Each hour after the first - £30.00 per hour
Subsequent hours after the first are charged at a reduced rate, providing cost-effective solutions for longer service durations.
Special requests and additional services
After-hours service (7 PM - 7 AM) - +25% surchage
A surcharge applies for services requested outside regular business hours, accommodating your pet's transport needs at any time.
Emergency transport - Custom quote
For urgent or emergency pet transport, please contact us directly for a personalized and immediate quote.
Pet care assistant - £20.00 per hour
Should your pet require a dedicated assistant for extra care or special needs during transport, an hourly fee is available.
Veterinary visit escort - £25.00 per visit
We offer an escort service for veterinary appointments, ensuring your pet arrives safely and is accompanied throughout their visit.
Pet grooming transport - £20.00
Transport your pet to and from their grooming appointments with ease and comfort, ensuring they arrive looking their best.

Booking confirmation
All bookings require confirmation and may necessitate a deposit, ensuring your pet's travel arrangements are secured.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our full policy for details.

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and online payments, for your convenience. Full payment is due upon service completion.
